About these photographs
These digital photographs were taken using a Sony Cyber-shot 8 megapixel camera with a Carl Zeiss lens. Images are combined in PhotoShop.
Pictures (printed before 2006) are printed at high resolution onto glossy 210 gsm archive paper using a Xerox DocuPrint C410 printer, modified for printing photographic images.
New images (2006) are printed on heavier weight semigloss archival paper using archival inks (Ultrachrome K3) on an Epson 7800 printer.
Images on our website are best viewed on an Apple Cinema Display. Colors are not as true on a PC.
These screen images are low resolution versions of the original photographs and if printed from the site they will not match the quality of the originals. (The screen images are between 5 and 100 K, while the original files are between 15 and 30 MB.)
